What’s Up everyone, new to the board, been over at AB and TID for a while but though I check you guys out to get some new perspectives. A little about my self.

34 years old, turn 35 Monday actually. Been in the gym about 10 years now but more seriously the last 5 years with diets and cycles.

Im in land development so that keeps me pretty busy but when I’m not working I’m chasing my daughter around to softball tournaments and hanging out with my son.

just trying to learn as much as I can to maximize life m.

Right now I’m doing a lot of Netflix training, I’m getting a full disc replacement in my c4c5 this Monday. But typically I train for aesthetics, I try to stay around 205lbs and under 10%
