Fightsport here.
49 yo. Was on HRT off an on for 5 years. Running my first AAS cycle now. Just wanted to tap in to the knowledge base here.

Sure. I've been working fairly consistently for 10 years. first 5 years all natural. Last 5 years more or less on HRT level of Test-cyp.
I am 6'3" and always ran lean. I am up to 235 now, probably about 13-15% body fat. I'd like to hit 250 and then cut to get my abs back.
I do a 3 day split and try to hit gym 4 times a week.
I have 4 workout routines per split and cycle thru them. I spend about 75 to 90 min on the gym floor.
