If I were you, I would start from the end and work back. Find your goal and then run it back for 16 weeks. Cycling in just that, it's up and down so figure out where you want to peak and fit your gear in accordingly. Doesn't matter if it's for a competition, a meet or just want to look better on the beach; it's about timing for me.
That's a lot of test...and sust is a combo(if normal sust) four different esters(only 1 long)...So, in my opionon,,without frequent pins a week,levels will be all over the place...As far as Deca goes,,,I've seen a rise in people with sides from Deca and 550 is a lot ....I have used Deca for decades and found that most get great results from 300 to 400...personally, for me anything over 600 is a waste.....But 10 weeks is a total lack of understanding of it's ester.......My only question is....Have you ever used these compounds before??? Much more research is needed here...
