Hey yall

I began lifting at 17 but got a shoulder injury at 22. Had to stop lifting and basically gave up on going to the gym. Food intake has always been healthy foods, I don't do junk foods or eat out. I'll always be grilling chicken or steaks with my veggies but never counted macros and definitely overate.

Age: 24
Weight: 206 (peak weight 239) I have pics if interested in seeing
Height: 5'6

Daily supplements:
- Multi Vitamin
- Fish Oil
- Creatine 5g

Macros:
Protein: 180-220g
Carbs: 80-120g (depends on the kind of work I'll be doing that day)
Fats: 30g

Meals consist of chicken, egg whites, protein powder, oatmeal, banana, veggies (mostly broccoli and spinach)

Gym Routine: Push-Pull-Legs

Welcome aboard. I typically ignore anyone who does gear talk on the first couple of post but you took someone's advice on doing an intro. so you get a pass.
