Why add Proviron with a Test and Dianabol cycle?

Let's say a classic cycle with:
Test 500mg/w 1-12 weeks
Dianabol 40mg/ED 1-4 weeks
Arimidex 0.25mg/EOD with blood test every 4 weeks to adjust.

What would be the benefits of adding Proviron to this stack?
My understanding is Proviron binds to SHBG and increase the level of free T, but 500mg Testosterone per week wouldn't be enough to skyrocket the free testosterone without adding the Proviron? Is there a real benefit or just overkill?

So you would recommend to stack Proviron 50-150mg ED in this cycle to increase the free testosterone, lower the aromatase to Estrogen and help for water loss?

I would use 50-100mg to improve the efficacy of your stack and keep your free test up. It just makes you feel great and helps quite a bit. I pay close attention to my body as far as estro sides, beyond bloodwork. I actually grow more with slightly elevated e2. I also watch my sodium and drink hella water daily. Just ME/MO

Heard of proviron but dk much about it... does is shut you down if used alone?

I used it alone for a couple of weeks, two or three months ago, 50mg ED. It increased my available free testosterone by binding with the SHBG (less SHBG available to bind with testosterone = more free testosterone available). I had ED and got some decent boners back, so I was very happy with this. Didn't notice any other side effects but it was a short cycle and I was already suffering from low T.
