Here are some tools I've found useful to tracking my macros and setting goals. I can't post links so ill put them names you you gotta google them.

MyFitnessPal is a decent App if you use a lot of stuff that has barcodes... Examples are frozen veggies like broccoli or Brussel sprouts. Limited in the Micro nutrient department unless you pay.

Eatthismuch dot com. This place is great for tracking everything. I use a gram scale for everything. So to find the Macro and Micro nutrients of cooked filet mignon is really good. Especially when tracking some minor things like Luciene/Lysine.

Transparentlabs dot com has a really good free macro calculator. same with IIFYM dot com. I like the first one just because it has less bullshit on it.

Anyone else got anything good I just haven't stumbled upon?

Paid version of MyFitnessPal is great for building and tracking your own meals as well.
