Hi, to sum things up, I'm 37 male 6'2" 210 lbs. Growing up I was semi-active and did a bit of strength training in high school and college. Started seriously workout last year, no
cardio, only strength training and a lot of food. I've been planted based due to high cholesterol, aside from that I'm
taking l-leucine 2×daily, creatine monohydrate, and iron vegan athelite bulk powder. I started at 185lbs last april and now I'm at 210lbs, slowly finding right combo for more muscle mass and strength. I'm looking to build a lot of muscle but between diet and age, I'm looking into more options to help in the process.

Yes, very much. Always had over 200 my whole life (since 2nd grade). Now it's 175, mostly hdl though.

Hdl is the good stuff. Do you mean ldl?

if you could provide the HDL/LDL numbers for before/after vegan I would be interested to know them. I also have higher than ideal cholesterol.

Thank you.

I’d be interested too. I would have to dig through my things, but I remember coming across something awhile ago that said cholesterol was only slightly correlated to diet and confirmed it myself with before Keto and during keto dieting where my lipids pretty much stayed the same even though I was eating lbs if bacon a day.

220 or higher is even fine (as long as LDL and Trigs are in range), Dr's today with lipids are retarded. "You are 199, heres a statin"... Dopes...
"Lets cut down on that good HDL to get your total lower, you know, the healthy protectant stuff that makes testosterone". :32 (8):

Only information I can find is my vldl (very low dense cholesterol), April 2016 20 mg/dL. June 2017 12mg/dL.

I will have to keep digging, no meds and I would like to avoid the expensive route. I'd rather use money to further my workouts.
