Just picked up a set of Skullcandy Push True Wireless Earbuds off amazon for $90 (phsycotropical Teal color).
They're also on sale on the skullcandy website for $100 ( was $130).
Been itching for some totally wireless earbuds for a looong time. The jaybird x4 I have are good, i have a review on here somewhere of the x3/x4, but they still have a wire that connects the 2 buds which will always get stuck to your neck and pull at one side or the other if you're a sweaty motherfukker like me.
So yea I picked up these new buds and tried them out for the first time today, which was back day...
They do look a bit big/heavy, but they aren't. Fit snug and have the shark fin to lock in ear. Doesn't feel like any weight at all. Didn't fall out my ear once, even during deads.
Pairing is super easy. Charging case is nice and holds an extra couple of hours life to charge the buds with if need be which is cool.
Sound... sound is good, clean and shuts out background noise good enough. I would say they are slightly less loud than the jaybird x4s, which are loud but still not quite loud enough for me, or possibly I'm starting to go deaf from blasting full volume heavy metal in my ears 2 hrs/day 6 days/week, idk.
For $90 i would say they're a great buy, but we will see with time if that hold true, mainly if they hold up with my excessive sweating. They come with a 2 year warranty, i haven't dealt with skullcandy for warranty replacement, only jaybird and beats which were both very good on replacements/free upgrades.
