Hey everyone,

Thought I'd introduce myself: 30, 5'11 and 194 lbs. Been lifting consistently for more than 5 years. Physique has improved tremendously in the last 6-9 months.
Looking forward to learn more here as I go.

Welcome to the ug! Once you've graduated to carrying water jugs then you can start carrying bulls. Read up on here, a wealth of information to apply.

Haven't calculated BF or LM% at all. Any advice on where and how to do that?

I do the regular PPL - 6 days a week. Though been going to the gym 7 days a week lately. I've also gotten into powerlifting since the beginning of the year. These are my latest numbers: Bench (235), Squat (315) and DL (320 - I know it's not a great number). My lower back kills me after deadlift or squat days even though I make sure to stretch as much as possible.

Welcome aboard. Tell about yer current training & goals - ye bulking, cutting or recomping?
