Hey guys,

I'm a bit torn on what to plan for my next (1st legit) cycle and would appreciate your advice from experience.

I've been on test cyp (TRT level: 150 mg/week) and LGD (10 mg/day) for the last 8 weeks. Gonna continue doing this for 2 more weeks and am planning to start my first cycle 4 to 6 weeks after that.

Currently I'm at 194 lbs and 5'11 and been lifting for 5-6 years. I'd say I've made a noticeable improvement in the last 2 months but nothing grand. I also know that I could/should lose those 10-14 lbs - mostly fat around my belly and waist.

Should my next cycle be a bulk or cut cycle? My main goal is to add muscle mass with as little fat as possible. I am thinking of doing 500 mg/week of Test E but not sure on what to couple it with...

Is that trt level been monitored and controlled through the doctors due to bloodwork? Or did you just start that dose off your own back

Bulk. 500mg per week, by itself. No need to add a second compound, see how you react to just a larger dose of test.

Don't forget that will need to give yourself enough time for your levels to normalize before Dr ordered blood tests.

That’s what I was thinking as well, just running a 500 mg test cycle for my first actual cycle. Thanks man.

How are you reacting to the 150mg test? Any side effects? Elevated estrogen? Blood pressure, etc..?

Pinning twice a week. Had a blood test 2 days ago. Going into my 9th week and been reading about side effects and whatnot in the meantime. I can’t say that I’ve experienced any noticeable side effects. But definitely performing better at the gym.

Good advice above but do a cut. Nothing crazy but you said your goal was to drop some weight. 5 lbs of muscle added and 10 lbs of fat peaked off will make you look so much better.

Bulking and cutting can be done with or without drugs so get that train of thought out of your head. It's a bad line of thinking.

Agree with Snake 100%. There's no "bulking cycle" or "cutting cycle". Just AAS and those are for gaining muscle mass. Whether you gain mass or lose fat is diet dependent no matter what you're supplementing with. I use the same compounds, same amounts for both. Eat the same foods for both. Just eat more or less. No reason to make things complicated.

If your trying to cut i would not bulk..
Lose the weight first. Then bulk so your not wasting your time or money doing it twice .. jmho.
