Hey guys,
I'm a bit torn on what to plan for my next (1st legit) cycle and would appreciate your advice from experience.
I've been on test cyp (TRT level: 150 mg/week) and LGD (10 mg/day) for the last 8 weeks. Gonna continue doing this for 2 more weeks and am planning to start my first cycle 4 to 6 weeks after that.
Currently I'm at 194 lbs and 5'11 and been lifting for 5-6 years. I'd say I've made a noticeable improvement in the last 2 months but nothing grand. I also know that I could/should lose those 10-14 lbs - mostly fat around my belly and waist.
Should my next cycle be a bulk or cut cycle? My main goal is to add muscle mass with as little fat as possible. I am thinking of doing 500 mg/week of Test E but not sure on what to couple it with...
