Hi Everyone, new to the forum, old to the game. 51 years young and still learning every day. I hope to add knowledge, experience and learn a bunch along the way.
No trt yet, haven't cycled in 15 - 20 years. Former athlete, in and out of the gym for the last 5 years but now getting after it again. I lost my 14 year old step daughter back in March to a heart condition and since then went from 6' 200 down (yesterday) 168 due to the stress diet. When I was during my prime and cycling I would be at around 225 and 8 - 12% BF. I'm not looking to get back to that and put more stress on my body than it needs, but looking for help to get back to a respectable weight and look. Long time Lord of Iron forum regular back then as well.
Thank you all. Slinging iron is therapy to me and long overdue. Everyone here has shit in their lives. it's what you do about it that makes you better and stronger. I've started getting back after it and that is the best therapy in the world IMO. I will look for some advice down the road on a cycle but for now, just going to check it out, learn and offer advice where I can.
