Dead animals work best. Well you try them live but it would scare the children

I have yet to find a BB supplement that wasn't a complete waste of money.

Lots of protein. I use a protein and an intra maltodextrine supplement and that is it for me. I agree 99.9% of the shit out there is just that, shit.

Whey, Multi Vitamin, Fish Oil... everything else is heart and diet. Lots of dead animals like Snake said...

Whey, multi-vitamin, fish oil, and vitamin D. Nothing is really gym specific, aside from the protein, just overall health. Oh and caffeine. Lots of caffeine.

Ive been taking 3 scoops of 5150 pre workout, its like a total of 1500 mg caffein and gets your skin crawling.
