Hello everyone I’m new to the bodybuilding lifestyle.im so glad I’ve found this forum and looking forward to learning a lot from you guys.
Thanks my goal honestly is the get big as I possibly can,I’m aiming to reach 6000 calories a day,been food prepping a lot of chicken and rice and pastas ,I’m doing a full body 5x8 three times a week any advice is more than welcomeWelcome to UGB!
