Pretty cool shit. So sketchy tho, imagine 1 pothole in that road or 1 minor malfunction of the vehicle suspension and that guy would've been dead af...
No but seriously this is a feat we've been trying to reach for a long time, and everybody has been stuck in the 270-280 range... I wonder how they got those extra mphs...
There may be more exotic looking rigs on the road but the sheer magnitude of brilliant engineering that Bugatti puts into their ridiculous cars is second to none.
It's also worth noting that once top speed is hit in this vehicle, it requires a complete wheel change. Not just tires, wheels. The centrifugal force of those spinning wheels is enough to cause microfissues in the metal.
At 261mph (electronic limit), the tires experience 3,800 times the force of gravity. To put that in context, the cap for the valve stem in the tire has a mass of 16.5 lbs and thats ONLY at 261 mph... At 300+ mph, those tires see 5,300 times the force of gravity.
The fact that they can accomplish what they do while still having air conditioning is unbelievable.
No matter how rich you are, and super high dollar car you can afford, a damn deer will still stop in the middle of the road.
At least with a deer, it's usually out of your control.
Then there's this guy:
This guy plead guilty to insurance fraud due to this video going viral. Obviously intentional. Guy spent a year in federal prison for that sh*t
Or mega dosed cialis
