Elbow pain

Quick question... Or better yet ideas. I've been getting minor pain in my elbows. I've taken glucosamine, msm, chondroitin for years. Even if I lift lighter or take time off for a bit it still nags at me. I often feel a little better but not much when I am consistent with lifting. It's not a major pain just more a nagging pain. Any ideas or suggestions I'll try

Probably tendonitis. I'd either visit a sports physician and see what he can do (most likely prescribe physical therapy or cortisone injection) or lay off working arms for some time.

What movements seem to bring it out the most?

Try elbow sleeves and see if it helps. Tendonitis probably being not major...

I feel ya slaughterho Both my elbows and runs down to my wrist where I have trouble rotating my hand . Heavy, light,rest,ice doesn’t seem to help long term. I got them both injected about a month ago and plan on going back to see if they’ll hit them with cortisone again. I’m gonna start using my elec. stim. Machine again to see if that help. If any of the clan have other ideas I’d love to hear them as we’ll, ugh!

For me its skull crushers with the ez curl bar... i had no choice and stop doing it and use now more machine work for triceps, my elbows before would be killing me after a heavy skull crushers but after i stopped it they feel better and in all my press in chest etc i dont feel it as much. Best to lay off a bit or switch it up and see another way to still hit them.

For me it's pretty much any kind of curls. They destroy me so I've given on having biceps lol

For me no certain movement hurts more then the other. Tricep is the worst. Biceps 2nd. Big muscle groups like back and chest not much. Also it's not painful or sharp. Just nagging like an ex. Nags when I do or don't lift. Easy to work around. I'll try the elbow sleeves.

I've had tendinitis before, got the shot years ago. This just feels much less and in both elbows. Plus my injuries till now only climax in one joint at a time this one hit two. Just trying to gather ideas before I gotta hit the doc. Squat I go far out with my grip cause it has and does annoy my elbows if I keep them inside.
