Quick question... Or better yet ideas. I've been getting minor pain in my elbows. I've taken glucosamine, msm, chondroitin for years. Even if I lift lighter or take time off for a bit it still nags at me. I often feel a little better but not much when I am consistent with lifting. It's not a major pain just more a nagging pain. Any ideas or suggestions I'll try
