Hey everyone. New member here. Doing some browsing today, found this site. Figured I could use it to learn a few new things and post my thoughts on a thread(s) I have experience with.

Just started rehab from pec surgery Thursday (brutal pain from a pec tear)

30 years old. Been lifting since I was 16. Got more into it when I was about 22-23.
Currently at 219, 6’0. I was 235 in May when I tore my left pec (weight dropped fast)

took 2 months off and started back on cardio and legs 3 weeks ago. Got stuck in a mood of not wanting to do anything when I first got hurt but back and going again now.
