On the t bar row (machine) not the barbell in the landmine. Do y’all row toward chest or torso?
i bend over more parallel and row towed torso to target my middle lats. I see a lot of people be more upright and row toward chest which would hit more upper back and rear delts? Is that correct. Curious what y’all all do

One of my fav's...But posture is important here...A lot of people are upright too(way)too much...Just like upright rows, you (I,sorry)want to be nearly parallel to the floor...What you pull towards determines the group involved...I prefer right at the base of the rib cage...Ofcourse, this is my opinion..........

There's a really good video on YouTube by that Abiad guy where he breaks down rows, lat pulls, etc.
His explanation of where to row to and to pull from your elbows was really helpful for me

The video is call best back routine or something you'll find it in his YouTube channel.. my next time working those exercises my lats were burning so much harder
