    Deadlift. Bar too much away from left leg.

    When i'm deadlifting doesn't matter if it's 225lbs or 500lbs. The bar when going down goes like this (the O is my head) ---> o/<--- Instead of ---> o| <--- . This started to happen 8-9 months ago after i was doing cable rows and i had a huge snap pain on left side lower back. (Posted a thread here about it) Since then when doing deadlift the bar isn't straight on the ground.

    Could i have tight left lower back or even tight hamstring?

    It'd be better if you took a video and some photos so we had a clearer idea of what you are trying to explain.

    You have to be pulling back with your right hand in some sort of fashion.

    I take it the bar is rotating against your legs, yes?

    You’re favoring something for sure. Ur left side or whatever side is farther out isn’t tight

    Sounds to me like you have a tight hip. Are you foam rolling before you pull? I know it’s frowned upon now days but I swore by it.

    No idea if it works for normal people but watching Eddie hall deadlift at the minute he takes the bar off the floor and inch pauses a second then completes the lift. He says it helps engage his bad side after hip injury.

    I watched a short video by him on deadlift tips and it fixed me right up. The guy explains it perfectly.
