I tried this exercise in my chest workout and I really loved doing them. I got an OK chest pump but nothing significant. Since they didn't contribute much to an effective workout I'm dissappointed in knowing I can't really consider doing them again.

Does anyone have any success with them or believe I'm wrong in my opinion? Just curious.

I never really felt these in my chest. I've always used them as part of back workouts for my lats

I think pullovers are really an overall upper body workout. I like them for my lats.

I do about three sets with a 50-60 lb dumbell on chest day every other week or so.

Usually a warmup set, or something, but I do like the way it feels with opening up the chest makes it feel wide.

depends on your rom/focus whether you work chest/lats more.
I work them into every other chest workout

I do them as a warm up and adjust ROM depending on if focused on chest or back. I like doing them overall personally.
