Best Method for Hypertrophy

I figured I would ask this, since I have heard a lot of takes on the matter, and wanna know what y'all think:
What is better for maximizing hypertrophy?
3 - 5 rep range or 8 - 10?

Bonus question:
Are half-reps past failure worth it?
