New to the forum. Went back to the gym about 3 years ago after about 10 years out of the gym. Life can do that I guess. Funny how its the same, but very differnet as a guy approaches 40. Been mostly satisfied with my progress. Lifts are near PR in some areas and seemingly lacking in others. Appearance has imoroved and weight is stable in the 215-220 area at 5’10”. Seems harder to go down than to go up in weight - probably true with most.

I will be around reading up as its been a while since I’ve done any research. Looking to learn and see what improvements are needed in my approach. Thanks.
