Just got back in the gym about three months ago, after a 6 year break following an explosion I was in. I lost my dominant hand just below the elbow, and most of my ab muscles, among other injuries..... I have had to become extremely creative with my workouts, but I'm doing work! Have started to plateau and was wondering if anyone had any supplement suggestions? Thanks for reading.

Yeah, I have. I did wireline mainly on horizontal wells. It was a perforating gun that got me.

We always recommend diet and training first then a test only cycle. 500mg per week for 16 weeks ish, but that’s not all you need so have a read of the threads on here first you should learn loads.

Sorry to hear about your injury, glad to hear you're in the gym.

I would suggest working hard in the gym for a lot longer than 3 months before getting on AAS. It is a tool that you can use, but is best used when you're ready. You're not ready.
