hello, I am 32, 6’1’’ 233lbs, my regimen I focus on a muscle group a day (ie chest, legs, back) abs, and calves everyday been at it about 4 years and have been loving it, just introduced chemical enhancement into the mix. I do 1ml of sust 250 a week. Not much but was what I was told is good for beginners. And my goal is to get ripped.
