If you get bored with your bi workout, try this:

Hook up the lower cable with a rope and some real light weight. And by light, I mean 25 lbs. Sit down with your elbows inside you thighs and away from your body. With your palms in a neutral position at the bottom, curl up and separate the rope. Hold and squeeze the top. Keep the reps up at or above 10.

The important part of this is at the top. If you do it right, it should feel like you're going to get a cramp at the top of the movement. It also helps to do this exercise first before the bi's are all pooled with blood.

I tried using the ropes/cables for Bi's a month or so ago and it's the first time I have gotten doms in my upper arms in years. Strange because it was such light weight compared to what I can actually curl...
