Hello, all. 36 yo returning to the gym after about 15 years. Apothecary by day. Cut my teeth in the late 90's, early 00's. Read too many workout routines in musclemag/flex back in the day. Not understanding the unspoken rule, I wound up hurting myself. Torn labrum sidetracked me for a good, long while but I'm giving this another go. Back in the gym for 2 months now and still going strong. I look forward to learning from everyone here and hope to someday be able to contribute. Cheers!

Thanks! Doing my best to train smart. Having to give up incline presses sucks but it’s not worth the pain.
