It's calories. Switch out foods for higher Cal options, chicken thighs instead of breast for example, liquid Cals like whole milk.

Quick update. Current weight 195. Benched a 1rep max of 235. Up ten lbs. Deadlifted 270. Still not my highest. Focusing on form. 250 bench near future. I wanna stay under 200lb body weight though.

Up your calories to 3600 for a few weeks and check it again, use the My fitness pal app to track.

Still not juicing. Eat like a douchebag. But do work on cardio. Current bench 260. Deadlifted 405 beltless about 2 weeks ago. Squat 325 for 5

I need advice. I cant for the ****ing life of me break 193lb body weight.
I'll hit 193 for a cpl days then check it three days later and 187. Seriously?

I eat like a ****ing 300 lb goliath yet here I stay.
Do I need more fats? My job causes me to expend quite a bit. So along with working out maybe I need to up my cals even more. I just hate pooping so much!!!!


Everyone is going to tell you to eat. Do you track your macronutrients?

As far as seeing the numbers go up for motivation, doing 5x5's and increasing those numbers has worked well for me.
