I need advice. I cant for the ****ing life of me break 193lb body weight.
I'll hit 193 for a cpl days then check it three days later and 187. Seriously?
I eat like a ****ing 300 lb goliath yet here I stay.
Do I need more fats? My job causes me to expend quite a bit. So along with working out maybe I need to up my cals even more. I just hate pooping so much!!!!
