Illinois here. Just trying to better myself as I go along my body transformation journey.

Current stats

5'10-5'11
189lbs
46 inch chest
15.25 haha arms
Calves 15.5
Waist 34
Haven't measured my quads.

Currently training to achieve a 300lb bench and 400lb deadlift. I had a hernia surgery about 4 years ago. So been taking it slower with the deadlifts.

225 bench 2 weeks ago. 1 rep max. Will be doing another 1 rep session on Tuesday. Assuming I'll be around 240. Current deadlift p.r. is 250. However I still had quite a bit in the tank. Just going slower.

Food

Around 3400 calories a day. Took me awhile to work up to this. A lot of eggs, rice, peanut butter, and pasta. I want to achieve my goals while staying at or under 200lb body weight. And natural. No steroids or test or gh.


Gym 4 times a week. 5 if I do a cardio session.

Welcome to the group J Dawg!

Why are you testing your bench 1rm only 2 weeks after a 1rm test? Don't get caught up in constantly testing your maxes, each time you do you lose a training session. Testing isn't training.

Response to the 1 rep max comment. I do it fairly frequently. Cuz seeing the higher number motivates me. Thanks for the welcome guys.

Welcome aboard! I have had a few hernia surgeries myself. Aside from a little burning in the area if I really over due it, I’ve held together. If they did the mesh repair it’s usually pretty solid. Good luck!

I need advice. I cant for the ****ing life of me break 193lb body weight.
I'll hit 193 for a cpl days then check it three days later and 187. Seriously?

I eat like a ****ing 300 lb goliath yet here I stay.
Do I need more fats? My job causes me to expend quite a bit. So along with working out maybe I need to up my cals even more. I just hate pooping so much!!!!
