New to the forum but been around the bodybuilding life for close to 5 years now. Looking forward to being a part of the community and learning from you all. I am 32 5'11 228 lbs.
I've been training for 8 years now. I'm all about having muscle mind connection. I keep my reps between 10-15. 2 months I'll do 10-12 reps then I'll switch for 2 months at 12-15 reps. I'm always trying to shock the body. It seems like it has worked great for me anyways. I have been on .anabolics 4 of those years out of 8.
