What up?! So I stumbled across this forum on Tapatalk. I belong to a few others as well. I'm 37 and am currently running my 2nd cycle. I'm not new to lifting but am new to gear. I ran a Var only cycle last spring/summer. Currently I'm on 400mg masterone, 400mg test e, just finished 4 weeks of winny and started 4 weeks of var. I also take 10mg aromasin e3d and 10mg Cialis everyday.

I have struggled with diet the most. In fact "diet" is the worst 4 letter word IMO. Im married with 4 kids so cooking for them plus trying to eat healthy is hard on the wallet.

Speaking of the wife, she is 36 and has run 3 var cycles. She is currently recovering from a Spinal Cord Stimulator implant. She will be able to start working out again Dec 1st. Come January or February she is gonna do another var cycle and mix in some Test P.

We are open to any and all advice and criticism. Neither of us know exactly what we want we just want to be healthy and in shape for our kids.

I Don't reply to first time gear talk posters but wanted you to know you won the prize. Never had I seen someone do a first time post and include their wife's cycle.

Guess it's only up from here.

She doesn't get on these forums. Wasn't "gear talking" tho. Just introducing myself and her and our experience. Should I have said i like long walks on the beach and sunsets?

who is giving you cycle advice dude?
diet is everything, if u can't stay consistent and commited to a diet than you're wasting ur time.
the wife, she's ran some var cycles, k, cool, what kind of shape is she in? competes?

Wasn't sure whether I wanted to run oils. Only reason I did it. I know the diet is everything. Ive seen strength increase which I what I want and I've seen a difference in how I look but my weight has only dropped 10lbs. It's a blend with 200 test and mast each. I've just tried to do my own research and that's what I came up with. I know it's not perfect or right but it's a start.

As far as the wife. She wants/wanted to compete but life happened. Had to have the implant. She was in great shape. Now she's lost everything and is starting over.

Welcome, but do some more research before you run anything. Get the diet in order first before you run anything. Why are you spending money and risking health when the key cornerstone, diet isn't in place. Not trying to be a dick, but without control and discipline in the kitchen, well, you're not gonna look any better no matter how many hormones you take. Again, welcome, read up and listen to the guys who have been around and whose results back up their advice.

And it should be noted, there's nothing healthy about taking AAS. If you are going to engage in this activity, like any other, you need to know the risks and accept them for what they are, as well as learn how to mitigate those some.

Welcome to the group.

I'll echo others about the importance of proper diet geared toward your goals.

It appears to me that you are putting the cart before the horse. It seems like you believe that the drugs are the key driver of fat loss, when in fact it's the nutrition. Drugs can play a part in that they help maintain existing muscle tissue, strength, or other drug specific traits while you are dropping excess fat.
