Hey guys, I’m 34 years old and been lifting for 10 years. I’m 5’11 and 200lbs. I started trt about 6 months ago and while I feel like I’ve made some gains I also feel like it’s getting harder to keep adding weight to the bar. I’ve never been on cycle before and I’m here to learn whats best for beginners.

Welcome to the board. If increasing your lifts and getting stronger is your goal then don't look to steroids for the answer, you need to research into some effective strength training programs. We have a powerlifting secttion of the forum that you can browse and get some ideas in there.

You can also move them with a dump truck, and loader. Gibs version is much more inspiring though.

LOOK AT YOUR meal plan.
Maybe increase calories by a few hundred
a day and see if you get stronger.
