I would really like to add deca to the test. Now I handle test well so if anything goes bad it would have to be deca. Does that sound ok? Read that it's good for joints and could use the help with those. Thanks for replies
My first question would be how old are you ... how long have you been training ... what does your diet look like ... your 4 week cycle indicates inexperience with AAS ... you can learn all youd ever like to know here about that ... however there are no magic bullets ... you must train to build a base first and understand the basics of nutrition / diet to get any benefit ... drugs alone will do more harm than good if everything else is not dialed in ... take your time would be my advise

Most people recommend leaning out a bit before hopping on cycle with good reason.
1.) It proves to yourself that you know how to eat to achieve results. It's easy to cut, it's easy to bulk. It's not easy to eat at maintenance as your weight changes.
2.) Folks with higher body fat aromatise testosterone into estrogen at a higher rate than lean individuals. Your body will want to convert useful testosterone into not-so-useful estrogen. Men still need e2, but not in the levels it could get to in folks with higher BF. Yes, there is a way around this by taking a higher dose of AI (the dose will be determined by whatever brings your e2 into the normal range). However, more drugs means more side effects.
It's for these reasons that the recommendation to start at lower BF levels exists.
It's still your body and you can do whatever you want to it. All we can do is offer advice. I know plenty of high BF% individuals who cycle regularly but their only goal is strength. They do not cycle at a high BF and expect to see their gains in the mirror, just the scale.
I am not fat or spare tire just can't see my abs and don't really care too I just want size. Bulk this cycle do PCT (been reading lot about that and know may take little longer for deca) then cut next cycle for summer.
