Dianabol dosage

Since Dianabol has such a short half life (4 hours aprox) and is hepatoxic, might it be better to only take it on work out days? So on a day when I dont work out I just skip the Dbol, but continue to take Test regularly of course.

few weeks ago I seen some in drawer and took 40mg pre work out hit a bench PR. 2 days later did same on leg day and hit squat PR. Was it Placebo or was it the dbol?? Who knows

3 times a day is best.

as a preworkout though eat it an hour to an hour & a half pre workout at 20 mg for starters

will definitely help you with gains
