X3 for high intensity, lower volume. Progressive overload I think is overlooked by many because it can be intimidating. Having a squat set to failure and then knowing you have to do more next time you squat can be a little intense.

You all know me. I have done everything over the years. 99 percent of it natural, but nothing worked for me as well as the Yates method. Heavy weight, extreme intensity with drop sets or forced reps and very low volume. Every muscle group only gets worked once per week and maybe 5-7 true work sets per bodypart.
