Hey guys, Been lurking for a few weeks and made some threads of my own and comments over the weeks. Thought I'd make an intro since Imma be an active lurker and grow my knowledge in everything and anything gym/workout/AAS/anything based. A little about me;
I'm 21, 5ft11 (but on tinder I'm 6ft) and about 11% bodyfat, weighing in at 80KG. Here is mah PR'S
Bench - 140kg 2reps
Squat - 180kg 1reps
Deadlift - 240kg 1rep
Military press - 80kg 3 reps
Been a lurker on a few forums and quite a lot of them have this weird sort of god-like attitude when it comes to knowledge. Us starting out and looking for the wisdom of others do not deserve any advice or help in a lot of their eyes, which is why I quite enjoy this forum since theirs a community of people who offer their help to eachother.
Anyways, you'll see me around, I'll pop up every now and then
