I was looking for a short stack.
Something to harden and cut up.

100 mg test p, 50 mg masteron p, 50 mg tren a
Twice a week? 4 Weeks? 6 Weeks?

Well that would depend on your current condition. That combo, for that short period, would work well if you were already in very good muscular shape and lean condition. I would also run that more than twice a week

Im around 20% BF.

Would it be beneficial to run in longer? e3d?

Or switch to 200 mg test e, 75 mg masteron e, 75 mg tren e

It would be beneficial if you were to focus on diet to get your bodyfat level down to lower teens. Then add the cycle of test 100 mg, tren and mast at 100 each also e3d. Or 50 mg test, 75 mast, 75 tren, eod for 8 - 10 weeks. Not sure if you're on trt now or just cycling.
