Hi all,
I am a new member, I realise not many people give a shit for the new guys. I am looking to start building some strength. Improving my look and learning from guys on here, I just started the 5/3/1. I am generally fit as I played alot of football. But over the year or two iv let my self become skinny fat. Not bad but enough to piss me off. Trying to eat better and put the work in.
I am hoping to build up, maybe in the new year, get some more new tools to give me the edge and improve faster and look better. Look for the help. Gonna be cheese there and say looking var the help. But willing to wait the weeks and months to learn. Anyway I am Dan
