Is the general rule of thumb for AAS the same as it is for PH? Time on = time off? I will be starting my first AAS cycle soon (Test Cyp/Dbol) and wonder if I will need as much time off as time on. If I do a 12 week cycle, then a 4 week PCT, that would require 16 weeks off. That allows for 3 cycles a year. That sound right?

Good advice. For some reason, my LDL gets jacked up after cycles, very rarely HDL.

And...I did have slightly higher AST levels after Mdrol, but 4 weeks later they returned to normal. However.....I only have experience with PH and designers.

Last time I had bloodwork done after a Superdrol cycle, my HDL went from 60 to 55, but my LDL went from 50 to 110!

19 nors just tears my lipids up,i was on test/deca for 5 months and my HDL level got down to 19!!! and my LDL was like 60,which is in the normal range,go figure,so i started taking Niaicin at 1500mg/day and it brought my HDL back up,but my overall cholesterol was 129,but i also take Zocor to,im beginning to think that your triglycerides is the most important reading in an AAS cycl from all the research ive done

My doctor suggested no Niacin or script becuase even at 165, I am still in the normal range. He simply suggested more healthy fats like olive oil, nuts, and avacados. He said if I get over 200, we would talk about taking something to help. Now my dad, who thinks "gear" is something you grind if you can't shift well, takes a prescription fish oil for chloresterol. I looked at his bottle and did some calculations. With my GNC Triple Strength Fish Oil, I would have to take 36 caps to equal his one. That is what I need.
