So in healthcare, we're advised to use a filter needle when drawing from an ampule prior to administration in order to filter out any glass particles. I have 50 amps of test-E arriving shortly that are pre-packaged with needle and syringe...but no filter. Should I worry about filters? Ya'll ever notice any difference in filters and PIP when using ampules?

I haven’t ever used a filter needle. I have heard of microscopic bits of glass being left in injection sites over time. Nothing scientifically verified. Just hearsay.

I have only used amps minimally.

In terms of serious harm potential, this doesn’t even get past a 1 on a 1-10 scale IMO.

I wouldn't be overly concerned about it and if you are so inclined to be concerned use a smaller gauge needle when drawing it up.
