What is a good cardio alternatives for a bodybuilder carrying a very good level of mass. I just need to drop a few percentage of fat. Without affecting the muscles.
unless your doing 4 hrs cardio/day and in a deficit while not lifting or getting adequate protein you won't be losing muscle doing cardio.

It don't get much easier than a brisk walk of 3mph on a 3% incline for 30-45 min. Ive done this 7 days a week for months at certain points without any visible muscle loss. I didn't like it but I did it lol
I'll tell ya man, just 30 mins cardio first thing in the morning sets my mind right and makes my day seem to go a lot better.
not as good for fat loss as an hour but it keeps everything tighter.
i am a fan of the incline treadmill when cardio is in the program (yes you fukkers, i do actually do cardio occasionally).
however for me it's max incline (ideally 15%) and whatever pace i can handle for 15-20 min. Longer on days that i have it in me.
However, for me it's about GPP, not fat loss.
