Hey everyone, new to this whole forum game but excited to jump into it. I am a 29 year old male who has been in and out of the gym since jr high. I have been consistent all year and am thinking about taking it to the next level in 2020. Debating jumping on a test cycle. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Try sticking to going to the gym and eating right for awhile before considering anything

What are your physical stats? What is your diet like? Training frequency/split/periodization?
