My normal gym was closed but we have a resident gym here that I have access to 24/7. It has basic equipment for fitness. Nothing to get overly excited about but it has db's up to 75 and a nice cabie machine I can kill tris on. I hate missing so I got some work in...

I've been sick this week and it is depressing as this is the first Christmas day in four years that I miss a workout.

When I was competing I always trained on Christmas. Now I take the day and enjoy my family. Not in the very least knocking any that hit it today. In fact big props to your dedication!! Just where I’m at these days. Will back back tomorrow. I hope all had a great Christmas and for those of you trained y hats off to your dedication!! All the best UGB!!

Right now I belong to 3-gyms (waiting for one to expire). 1 near home, 2 near work. (Just joined one that I can see from my office, waiting for the other (a few exits down) to expire - a Crunch Gym). BUT, the only one open on Xmas was Crunch, glad it didn't yet expire.

Did Deadlift, Back, Traps (30 mins of cardio). I gave up holidays a few years back and stay home w/ the dog (I see my Ma and Inlaws each weekend, kids still live w/ us, so Holidays are for me now that my kids are adults). They go to the Inlaws, I stay home and nap.(Dog and I, a nice 3-hour nap after the gym yesterday).
