Squats: 14@425
Sumo pulls: 15@405
Glute bridges/hip thrusts: 15@315 with 3 second pauses.
Body is absolutely destroyed.
Toolsteel’s gym has a scoreboard and I was using that today for motivation. Figure we can do the same thing here.
