Did only 12 sets today for legs. Only 3 really counted.

Squats: 14@425
Sumo pulls: 15@405
Glute bridges/hip thrusts: 15@315 with 3 second pauses.

Body is absolutely destroyed.

Toolsteel’s gym has a scoreboard and I was using that today for motivation. Figure we can do the same thing here.

Funny that it's a ten rep max.....................Anyone remember who used to post the ten for 10 training plan??? 10 sets of the same weight of ten reps....I've used in in the past to push thru stalls in progress..................did it Monday with incline BP........that S*** works...Anyway ,,,Damn Jin.......how many guys just quit reading your stats???

Best 225 rep out on bench was 54. I will beat this in 2020. Hope this goes along with the thread. I am easily confused.

I think that ties the NFL combine record.

i havent squatted or deadlifted for reps in years, I should start.
