Hey everybody, I'm new to this forum and thought I would introduce myself. My name is Nick I am 18 years old and I have been training hard for about three years now, primarily weight lifting. I come from being 260 lbs at the age of 15 and borderline diabetic, I have lost over 110 lbs of fat and put on a bit of muscle. I am just now getting into bodybuilding and the UG seems like a chill place to learn more about the sport.

What yer doing is obviously working for ye, but if ye like feel free to share a bit about yer current training and diet and ye'll get plenty of good advice.

How tall are you and what is your current body fat% Also, please share a bit of your diet and cardio (if any) that helped you to lose 110 pounds?

Really awesome results .. what are you goals going forward?

Yeah, I made a post about it in the "members pictures" section. I would link it but I need 25 posts.
As far as your question goes my goal going forward is to get stronger and keep pushing limits.
