Oil substance on vial septa

New on this forum looking for advice from the experts!

been on trt for 3years (trt dose and ancillaries are dialed in) plan on blasting w/test. Question I have, recently received my supplies (non prescription) and the vial septa had a oily substance under the sealing cap. Anyone run into similar findings? Double checked all verification codes on package, all checked out legit according to their website verification authenticator. Knowing my 3year background, never seen a substance on a vial septa, after removing the sealing cap.

Did not know if it would be a rubber vial septa preservative?????

And, when you refer to oily substance what color was it (different from the vial contents)?

Septa / septum, rubber stopper on the vial.

Yes, Similar translucent color as the content. Definitely similar viscosity characteristics of oil when touching it.
