So I'm a newbie. I'm 6'3" and weigh 190 right now. I've always been skinny and not muscular. So I've been going to the gym solid for six months. I look decent but not what I want. In my MI.d I keep thinking about wanting to take an anabolic and have asked around to no avail. After reading this I realize there's way more to it than I could have ever expected. So much I need to learn. So I'm ready to listen to whatever I'm told in respect to this. Where do I start on this journey? How long should I keep lifting before I think about taking the next step and what would some different strategies be for me. Just asking for advice and info for a beginner. Thanks
