Deca Dose

I dont have much experience with deca honestly.
Ontop of a 250 cruise dose of test. For joint relief what dose of deca would you add to this for a longer term usage? Also think this could help alleviate the lower back pain that still nags me from the popping at my powerlifting meet doing deadlift? Still struggling with that and havent touched a barbell since mid month last month. Had a few deep tissue massages and 2 adjustments by chiropractors.

I read 100mg thrown about for joint relief only. No personal experience though

Only takes a couple hundred, but don’t count on it for lower back. You likely need to strengthen the subconscious muscles in that area. Look into Donnie Thompson’s back pain stuff. Band hangs, butt walks, back crawl, planks, etc.

150-200 would be plenty.

I ran Deca and NPP for 2 years, 24 week blasts then cruise at 150mg a week.

If you want long term, low dose Deca is possibly the answer for you, less water then NPP is the answer.

Deca go 200 a week NPP 150, 50mg M/W/F

I prefered NPP myself.

I would personally add some cialis daily, 5g to 10mg a day with adding 20mg on certain days.

Balance out the PP and prostate, FDA approved for prostate.

Hi would run it at 100-200mg I feel much better in the joints over time on a lower dose of deca. Never used NPP for this though.

Low dose Deca (100-200 weekly) can work for ye in battling joint pain, low back pain requires some targeted rehab and then prehab work.
