Hey everyone,

I am a 29 yr old male. 210 lbs. I am aiming to get to 185lbs. Currently taking perscribed Test Cyp 200mg /wee.IM/ I decided after reading all the comments to take the smart route. I was at 250 btw I am 5'11 ... I changed up my diet and went hard with the cardio, re arranged my diet and lost 45lbs over 3.5 months...... now I am on test "my levels were incredibly low literally 98 blood test lvl" that is why my doc is doing 400/week for a month or so then 200/week to stay even. I am now almost at 200 even and was wondering what I could do to increase bulk a bit while losing literally a lb a day as I have been. I'm looking to get cut and trim not massive. Any reccomendations would be great. Have my diet and everything in check. Just looking to bulk for about a month then cut down. Nothing to crazy. Again any ideas are respected and appreciated. Thanks.

Welcome to the club. Yeah, like Trump stated, you're kind of all over the place, a little unclear.

Welcome and congrats on losing 50 pounds in just 4 months ... it sounds like your approaching your goal of 185 pound goal very rapidly ... my recommendation would be continue what your doing for a few weeks ...you did not comment whether your weight training now ... you just said cardio and controlled diet ... give us an update on your current weight training experience or plan on starting a regimen ...

Lots of guys with stats close to yours. You could read some of the journals and see what other guys are doing and what works. At the very least I bet you get inspired. Welcome to the UG buddy :32 (20):

Welcome to the board. How did you come to have such low testosterone levels at only 29?

Hey NewGuy, when I was 17, I was 6'4, I weighed 195 lbs. I trained for 5-6 years straight consistently with nothing but food and dedication to training. I first started on machines then slowly added in freeweights. At the end of that 6 year period I weighed 250 lbs. I was a skinny fat dude to start with then I looked like a buff male model with abs. If you can dedicate 5 years of consistent training and eating you'd be surprised in how much you can achieve. A lot of old timers I used to talk to say you're best gains can happen by the time you're 35. It takes time and effort, there is no quick fix in this lifestyle.
