You do not want to dink around with thyroid medication. If you overdo it, you can kick yourself into hyperthyroidism and Graves' Disease. If you experience Graves' ophthalmopathy, it will NOT go away.

I would not recommend using T3 at all.

It can cause serious issues that will make you think you're insane and could put you in the hospital, happened to one of our vets recently. Look in the weight loss threads section.

Why? T4 is converted to T3? Why not just take T3 to begin with? I don't see the benefit to take something that though a process will be converted to T3.

I haven't run it in years but in the past I would pyramid up and down my T3 doses. I found T3 in moderate doses to be helpful in spiking energy as well as appetite. When I took it higher, I felt like shit and didn't want to do a damn thing. I'd run it with Tren and Deca when I used to blast.

Lucky you. My Reverse T3 is so high that my body does NOT convert T4 at all. It took me leaving a "NDT only" quack and moving to a different doctor to figure this out. He and many of his other associates in the area were proponents of "natural" thyroid medicine only. That dip$h!t didn't like my retort of "it's only natural if you are a pig!"

GH upregulates t4 to t3 conversion. Taking the t4 is ensuring the GH has the supply to do it's job in a fat loss context without the harsh sides of taking t3 directly.
