    Welcome,I've always focused on legs more than anything,it's your foundation,it's the only exercise tht releases natural hgh in the body,and forces your whole body to grow! But you must allow proper rest for repair & growth.check out old routines by Tom platz! Good luck

    Welcome! Definitely a bit more upper body focus and and I think 2 leg days is ample, you gotta let those monsters rest. Some guts will squat earlier in the week and do some heavy hacks on their dead day, but do what works for you my man. I just know that would be tough recuperation wise for me.
